Don't Open Attachments Mix

I dont know if I am posting this on the wrong comment string....but I am looking for a dialiable device that emits sound -- which is inaudible to humans but animals can hear it.....I dont have any specific brand I am looking for....but jus that it is dialable and will emmit a sound that humans cant hear but animals can. I think this is measured in hrtz...but I am not sure.........or watts...but I think watts has do do with audible sounds.
