I just watched an entire

I just watched an entire Screen Savers episode. Hey, it's not all that bad. Kinda funny even. But it's still wincingly painful for me to watch myself on TV. That's why it's taken me three years to get TechTV at home. (That and I don't want my kids to know what I do for a living. They still think I'm a telephone repair man.) There are some broadcasters who watch themselves obsessively. I'm not one of them. Letterman is notorious for forcing his entire staff to watch the night's show, TWICE, all the while moaning about how awful he is. Ouch. I prefer not to know, myself. On the other hand, I guess it's useful to see the show as real people see it. At home, with phone ringing, the kids fighting, and dinner on the stove. It gives me a much better idea of what works and what doesn't. Please excuse me, now. I've got some moaning to do.
