Making Sausage

We have friends with a sausage maker. We have pork. The rest is history... Thanks to Pete and Kathy Prati for making this an annual event. Anyone want any sausage?

Nice to see someone from California who is a carnivore :) Most of my friends from there are either Vegans, Vegetarians, Neo-Vegans or whatever else their friends tell them to do this month. That looks like a lot of fun! I watch them do it here in Germany at the butcher.
