While listening to your radio show today, Sunday, July 13, 2008, I heard you mention the importance of installing the latest Microsoft update that came out on Tuesday, July 8, 2008. Installation of this update on my daughter's Windows XP laptop resulted in loss of Internet connectivity. I found the reason for this Internet loss is that she uses ZoneAlarm Firewall. On http://zonealarm.com">zonealarm.com, they have the following notice posted:
"Tuesday, July 8, 2008: Important notice to ZoneAlarm customers: Installation of Microsoft Update KB951748 may result in loss of Internet connectivity. Click here for more information on how to resolve this issue."
When you click on the "Click here" link, ZoneAlarm has a download for it's customers to install to fix the loss of Internet problem.
